Heres what you need:
-Two boxes of the 69cent jiffy pizza crust mix. I'm a big spender :)
-Alfredo sauce-
-chicken
-fresh spinach
-Italian style shredded cheese
-bacon
First off,I grilled my chicken separately. Im a freak and afraid of poisoning my family, putting raw chicken on my pizza freaks me out. Thank goodness for my handy dandy Foreman grill! After my chicken was done, I mixed the pizza crust mix, just like the back of the box said to. Nothing I make turns out the shape that its supposed to... so I decided to toss it in the air hoping that it would magically come down circular. No such luck.
Now that the crust is ready you can add your toppings. I only used half the jar of alfredo sauce. Then the spinach. This is just what I had left over in my fridge
Now its ready for baking. I cooked it at 400 for about 20 mins.
And viola! Its done! I give myself a B+ for presentation.
There it is! It tasted so good! And you can also see that my kitchen and I were a disaster. I am not a blogger who has a perfect home or who cleans her house just for their blog! I hope you all enjoy this recipe!
